Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired products.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
